Christmas Headlines at Holy Trinity

Headlines@HT is our bi-monthly newsletter to the congregations that make up Holy Trinity Church Redhill. Communication across 5 weekly congregations plus Timperley Church is a challenge, and Headlines is part of how we address this - hence the strapline 'Sharing News, Staying Connected'

It is put together by a team of people including its editor, Paul Taylor, and regularly features a letter from me, an interview with a church member, news of upcoming events and reports from previous events.

The latest edition is a cracker (pun intended) as we look forward with anticipation to Advent and Christmas at HT, and as we look back with thanks to God for our 2018 Mission week, the recent visit from our link mission partners Peter and Miranda Harris, and many other pieces of encouraging news.

So, make yourself a cup of tea and take time to read this latest edition so that you stay connected! You can, of course, pick up a hard copy from the foyer.

Seasonal news:  we are offering a free Advent book: 'Love Came Down at Christmas'.  Why free? The Friends of Holy Trinity* along with the PCC have bought copies as a gift to HT members. Come along this Sunday to pick up a copy to read over Advent, and why not take a copy to give as a gift to a not-yet-Christian friend for them to read and for you to discuss together?

You can read more about this book, and hear from it's author Sinclair Ferguson here.

* There is also a feature on the Friends of Holy Trinity in this edition of Headlines.
